Very comfortable and pleasantly furnished chalet with a surface area of 100m² on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms (1 double bed - 2 twin beds - 4 single beds). You enter the chalet through a beautiful ski/sleep area. Upstairs, you discover a beautiful living room, a double living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a lounge with a fireplace opening onto a large 28m² southeast-facing terrace. The kitchen is very well-equipped (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and 3 toilets. Parking, including 1 covered space under the terrace. Walking distance to the ski slopes and the village. This 2-room studio is rented year-round on the ground floor. Note: 100 euros extra in winter - Pets not allowed due to allergies.
