The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming, fully air-conditioned, single-storey house (2 stars) for rent in Sanary-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a 19 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). With wifi internet (4G router), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor : - 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×200) - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate WC First floor : - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 3: bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) - Bedroom 4: double sofa bed (140×190) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A 30 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather - A beautiful 500 m² garden, partially fenced and entirely private Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The chalet is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from near the apartment all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits In summer : - More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing... - Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial... - Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1h away). In winter : - Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes' drive from the apartment), the largest ski area in the Vosges. - Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs). - Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, skating rink. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station : Remiremont 27 km away (approx. 30 min. by car). A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
