We think it has everything you need for a hassle-free mountain holiday. Please be aware that one of the bedroom is located on a mezzanine. Chalet Ibusta combines modern decor with antique furniture,  as well as rugs, throws and cushions to create a homely atmosphere where it's easy to relax. And with a cosy seating area on the ground floor as well as a TV and games room on the first floor, there's plenty of room for everyone to find their own space. When you stay at Chalet Ibusta, you're less than 1km from the pistes and just a short walk from the ski bus stop. The bus, which also serves La Clusaz, runs every 15 minutes between Chinaillon and Le Grand Bornand, and is free to use with your Aravis ski pass. This covers more than 220km of pristine pistes, in the resorts of Le Grand Bornand, La Clusaz and Manigod, so there's plenty of challenge for skiers and boarders of all abilities. There are also plenty of cross-country trails. Non-skiers won't be bored either - try hiking or snowshoeing, paragliding, hot-air ballooning, ice-skating or ice-climbing. Le Grand Bornand boasts the Famille Plus mark, ensuring that there is always plenty of entertainment and activities for even the youngest visitors. In the summer, a network of walking and biking trails criss-cross the slopes, and you can pick up a route map for either at the tourist office. Le Grand Bornand has a beautiful nine-hole golf course with a great driving range, and on those very hot days, why not head for the fantastic swimming pool complex, with a restaurant and grassy areas for picnics. If you’re looking for something a little more challenging, there’s a climbing school, via ferrata routes, a tree-top adventure park, canyoning, white-water rafting and paragliding all nearby. August sees the international children’s festival - Au Bonheur des Mômes - in Le Grand Bornand, a week of magic shows, circus acts, theatre, games and workshops, with a grand firework finale.
