The allure of the slopes is within your reach at Moabi, an exceptional 5-bedroom Courchevel rental accommodation with direct access to the Jean Blanc slope. Offering a ski-in, ski-out experience, this property is also perfect for those desiring a relaxed day of solitude. The amenities include a sauna and a hot tub for a morning retreat, and a spacious private garden or a fireplace, catering to your preference for outdoor or indoor relaxation. Accommodating up to ten guests comfortably, this capacious property features five well-appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms. It comes with everything necessary for your stay: a fully equipped kitchen, linen, towels, and toiletries in each bathroom. Additional conveniences include a covered garage with a heated ramp access and a ski room equipped with boot heaters. The home truths: The two bedrooms downstairs are at level -1. There is some natural light but only through skylights (i.e. not direct). There is no front desk on this site. That being said, all of our properties are equipped with a digicode and your access code will be sent to you via email and text message one day prior to your arrival. In case you need any assistance, we have on-the-ground staff. Moabi is located by the slopes but slightly off-center from Le Praz, approximately 10 minutes walk away. End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided. Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property. The 2 parking spots are located at the entrance of the parking lot, so entering and exiting can be a bit tricky and requires good driving skills.

Moabi is at the foot of the slope Saint Jean, only 10 minutes away from the center of La Praz. Located at the foot of Courchevel, Le Praz is a pittoresque French Alpine village filled with beautiful traditional wooden chalets - as it is still quite untouched by the glamour of its neighbour, it has kept a community vibe with a strong permanent population, fair prices and most importantly, its authenticity.
