Le Domaine de la Salamandre is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, in Auriac-du-Périgord. This peaceful haven spans 41 hectares and aims to achieve total self-sufficiency in water, energy, and waste recycling. We are committed to passing on values of respect for nature, the environment, and others to future generations. The property is equipped with a greywater recycling system and solar thermal panels. Facilities To cool off, you can enjoy a natural swimming pool based on phyto-purification. The room has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. It is furnished with a queen-size bed and a comfortable sitting area. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate (bed linen not included). If needed, you can rent a linen package, including sheets and towels for a double bed. Guest Access The dining room welcomes you each morning for breakfast. Upon request, a homemade dinner can also be arranged. A new outdoor kitchen is available for preparing picnics and storing food, equipped with a refrigerator and an electric cooktop. Note: The outdoor kitchen is accessible only from May to September. Additional Information Certified organic since 2001, the estate offers farm products for sale, such as walnut oil and honey.
