Welcome to our home in Montpellier! We’re delighted to welcome you to our warm and modern apartment, ideally located on the top floor of a new building. You’ll enjoy a private and comfortable bedroom, equipped with a mezzanine bed and a single sofa bed. A desk is also available, perfect for working or studying in peace. The apartment is very quiet, ensuring restful nights, and features a ducted air conditioning/heating system with a centralized thermostat so you can sleep in ideal conditions all year round. The living room is bright and opens onto a beautiful south-facing terrace with a pergola and unobstructed views. You'll have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and shared spaces, which we’re happy to share with you. The neighborhood is convenient and well connected: public transport right at the foot of the building, and free parking 100 m away at the Carrefour Contact parking lot (open 24/7). We are a French-Peruvian couple in our thirties—open-minded, friendly, and always happy to chat and connect. For getting around, several options are available: PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You can take the Ovalie shuttle bus, which runs every 30 minutes and stops right at the foot of the building, taking you directly to the Sabines tram station. Alternatively, a 5-minute walk away, bus line 15 runs every 10 minutes and also goes to Sabines. If you're coming by car, there’s free parking just 100 m away at the Carrefour Contact, accessible 24/7. For cyclists, a bike storage room is also available. The city center is just 15 minutes away by bike.
