Your bedroom is equipped with a king size bed 220x200 cm recently bought from Roche Bobois and very comfortable. A new TV of 43 inches offers cable TV channels in various languages. There is a very powerful free wifi access. The private bathroom provides purified water (Culligan system), a big Italian style shower and private toilets. All toilet products and gloves are made available as well as new towels, bathrobes and house shoes. There is also a private balcony (7m2) with red geraniums, a nice table and comfortable chairs. You have a free access to my dining room, kitchen, kettle, coffee machine, oven, micro-wave oven, washing machine and dishwasher as well as my expresso machine. You also can take fresh beers, sodas, water or orange juice from my fridge and small bottles of water for your trips downtown (all free of charge). A bottle of champagne is offered at your arrival in the living room for any reservation of more than 3 nights. As for breakfast, it includes coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, croissants, cereals and milk, muffins, as well as bacon and eggs upon request.

Now, I am retired hence fully available to take care of you: I really enjoy receiving you, chating with you while drinking a cup of champagne, cooking sometimes for you, showing you how to access our wonderful monuments and best French restaurants, in a nutshell how to enjoy your stay to the most.

Should you like visiting Eiffel tower, Trocadéro, Champ de Mars, Ecole Militaire Invalides Montparnasse and even Jardin du Luxembourg and Pantheon, bus 82 in front of my property will take you through all those monuments for a mere metro ticket. Also, should you like enjoying traditional French cuisine, I will show you how to access the 6 following restaurants(oldest, affordable and most famous) : Brasserie Vagenende, Le train bleu, la Coupole, Bouillon Racine and Bouillon Chartier. Should you like jogging, the neighborhood is full of trees and located at 1.8 km from Bois de Boulogne, the biggest wood of Paris. Should you like shopping, subway line 3 (10 stops) will take you directly to Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps our most famous Parisian fashion stores. All kinds of shops are very close (through the back gate of the residence). As for the residence itself, it is very calm, the flat is located on the last floor and is south- east oriented which makes it very sunny all day.
