住宿信息
Our key words are: tranquility, space, privacy and comfort.
The rooms, 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor, are located in the old, transformed barn. The dry stone walls are 65 cm thick, keeping the rooms cool in summer. These walls, the old oak floor- and roof beams are visible and there is a good harmony between old and new in the spacious rooms. There is a common dining room with a fireplace. Outside you will find several terraces where you can retreat or join other guests and enjoy the view over the valley.
周边信息
Pech Blanc is the name of a hamlet of 4 former old farmhouses, situated on a hill. Our Chambres d' hôtes Pech Blanc' is located in one of these farmhouses (Mas) built in 1820. Pech Blanc is located in the Quercy. The Quercy district, part of the Lot department, was largely designated as natural park in 1999. It is a very special area: a hilly, rugged, largely forested limestone plateau that is bisected by the Lot River and its tributaries that carved deep gorges. The Quercy has not, despite its beautiful landscape, really been discovered by tourists. It’s the place for nature lovers. There is an extensive network of hiking trails and bridle paths. Also, it provides extensive opportunities for discovery trips by car or motorcycle. There are many attractions as the beautiful village of St. Cirq Lapopie, the Grottes of Pech Merle and the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Cahors and Figeac and lots of things to do. The population is extremely friendly and welcoming. The climate is pleasant. Not much rain or wind. Temperatures in the months of April to June and September and October are generally between 20 and 25 degrees; in July and August it is warmer.
