The cottage is located in the commune of Chenac-Saint-Seurin d'Uzet, in the Gironde estuary, in the heart of the Charente vineyards and close to the beaches of Meschers and Royan. With a maximum capacity of 13 people, this peaceful accommodation is an invitation to moments of conviviality and relaxation. The cottage as well as the garden and the swimming pool are at your complete and sole disposal. Come and discover a 2,000m2 enclosed garden, facing south with its heated swimming pool, from mid-June to mid-September, which is entirely dedicated to you. The accommodation was renovated in 2022. It offers you all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay: - 5 bedrooms with modular beds allowing you to convert from 90x200 single beds to 180x200 king-size beds.
