Welcome to Burgundy. This unique cottage is set in the gardens of Château Les Roches in the medieval village of Mont-Saint-Jean. Enjoy our wood-fired Swedish Hot Tub after spending the day exploring the vineyards of Burgundy or the Morvan national park.
Mont Saint Jean is located at the foot of the Morvan Natural Park. The region is a hilly terrain. This makes hiking and bike rides very attractive. In the summer you imagine yourself between the sunflower fields and vineyards.
Sometimes developments seem to have stood still for a while, which means that many castles and other historical sites have remained intact. Châteauneuf Castle in Châteauneuf-en-Auxios and the historic village of Semur-en-Auxios are perfect examples.
Pouilly-en-Auxios and Sauileu are the nearest villages with a supermarket and some nice cafes. They are about a 15-minute drive from the village.
