Beautiful old stone village house in the village of Chevrier, France. A largely open-plan downstairs lounge/dining room surrounding a large wood-burning stove, and three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. To the rear of the house is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and door to the private rear garden and terrace. From the ground floor, stairs spiral up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the main bathroom, and then again to the large loft bedroom.
In the quiet French village of Chevrier, ideally located for exploring the Haute-Savoie, Pays de Gex, Geneva and the Alps. 30 minutes drive from Geneva airport and city centre, and 45 minutes from the picturesque town of Annecy. Several hiking trails lead from outside the house to the Vuache mountain and surrounding countryside.
