An independent 50m2 suite, upstairs with private bathroom, welcomes you to a house located in the "Barrière de Paris" district, a quiet area very close to the centre of Toulouse. A living and reading area, a desk and a sofa area are at your disposal, adjoining this bedroom in a second room, itself equipped with a second double bed. An HD television with DVD combo and card reader are available in the bedroom. My partner and I live on the ground floor, and the staircase to the first floor is just outside the front door. Access to our terrace and garden for relaxing (sunbathing...) in fine weather. Hairdryer and mini-fridge available. Free outdoor parking for cars, and the possibility of a closed garage in the basement for 2 motorbikes or 4 bicycles. No smoking, thank you. We very much appreciate travellers taking their shoes off in the house, the large room is carpeted.

Babeth and Chris enjoy traveling and meeting, visiting many countries and meeting people. The majority of trips are by motorcycle, by plane for others.

Great location, walk 2 minutes from the bus or 10 min subway Line B (station "Barrière de Paris" and a subway fifteen minutes to reach the historic center). By car: 10 minutes from the airport or train station, 2 min from the device. A bike rental station (velo.toulouse) is 5 minutes walk from home.
