Self contained room. Double bed 190 x 220. Tea and coffee making equipment available in room along with a wide selection of teas, infusions, coffee, cappuccino, kettle, white and brown sugar and syrup alternative to sugar. Bottled water is always provided although the tap water is also drinkable. Tea and coffee is always free, no matter what time of the day or night. Room has wardrobe with shelves and hangers to store your belongings. Room is equipped with full length mirror, hair dryer, television (36 channels at the moment but I am looking to add more services), WIFI (I will give you the username and password on arrival), bedside light, comfortable armchair and table. Spare, clean bed linen and towels are always available. You will have access to the cooking facilities in the kitchen and use of the refrigerator and clothes washing machine. Bathroom and separate toilet (toilet paper is always provided). Bathroom equipped with a bath and shower and dual sinks with mirrors over both sinks. There is also a mirror n the interior of the front door for any last minute checks so you can be sure you're going out looking your best! I am always looking to improve the experience for my guests. Hello. My name is Graeme. I am a divorced father of two beautiful daughters aged 12 and 6 as of April 2024. I am very excited to make my apartment available to guests and very much look forward to meeting you. Your comfort and convenience is my top priority. I am passionate about football (soccer) and, in particular, my favourite team, Leeds United. We currently have two French players in our team - Georginio Rutter and Ilian Meslier In the past Eric Cantona and Olivier Dacourt have worn our jersey. I am also passionate about music and have a wide musical taste. My favourite artists include Orchestral Manouevres in the Dark (aka O M.D), Pet Shop Boys, Morrissey, Nirvana..... The list goes on and on. I guarantee that I will respect your privacy while you are in my home and will not impose myself upon you if you require peace and quiet. Equally, if you do desire, I am more than happy and interested to get to know my guests and for them to get to know me also. In the short time that I have been hosting (since February 2024) I have already met many interesting guests from around the world and have enjoyed the experience immensely. I am happy to share information with you travel to the world famous Parisian landmarks and tourist attractions and, upon confirmation of your booking I will send you detailed directions on how to reach my place from wherever you are starting from. The suburb of Clichy is situated just a short distance from the 17th arrondissement of Paris. My apartment is very well served by public transport is within very close to metro stations Marie de Clichy (metro line 13), Porte de Clichy (metro lines 13, 14 and RER line C) and Saint Ouen (metro line 14 and RER line C), all of which will give you access to the heart of Paris. Bus lines 74, 341, and 140 are within 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment and routes 274 and 174 are 10 minutes away There are numerous supermarkets in the area with Diagonal and Lidl within a minute walk from the apartment. There is also a nice artisan boulangerie just opposite Diagonal. There are several eateries, takeaways and brasseries in the area. Parc Roger Salengro is a nice park 10 minutes walk away and the Seine runs less than 5 minutes away, offering a nice walking or cycling pathway to Paris and the popular La Defense area.
