2-room flat of 26m2 on the 4th floor (no lift). Fully-equipped kitchen area with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and kettle (coffee pods and tea bags available). Lounge area with sofa bed (140x190, available on request), television, free wifi fibre access. Bedroom with new 140x190 bedding. Shower room and WC.
Right in the heart of the town, everything is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes from the train and public transport) and close to all shops (bakery, tobacconist, grocery shop, restaurants). The property is 2 steps from the Carmelite monastery and a 10-minute walk from the Basilica of Lisieux. Ideal location for discovering Normandy, 10 minutes from Pont-l'Eveque, 25 minutes from Deauville and 30 minutes from Honfleur. The Cerza zoo is just 20 minutes away by car.
