This bright apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideally located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residence, just 200 meters from a small sandy cove. It offers stunning views of the harbor estuary and features two balconies: one facing inland for afternoon sun and one facing the sea to watch boats and tides. Inside, there?s a comfortable living area, two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. A private parking space and bike storage are included. A direct access leads from the residence to the harbor promenade with cafes, creperies, and restaurants. The large, beautiful Audierne/Esquibien beach is a short walk away. Numerous hiking trails follow the coast to the spectacular Pointe du Raz.
