ADVANTAGES: An ideal location for visiting the city without car. The apartment is located in the heart of the city center in a small quiet street, a few meters from the main street. Many restaurants and shops within 1 minute walk. The sea and the beaches a 7 minute walk down the street. The station is 5 minutes walk to visit Cannes or Italy. BUILDING: A pretty building completely renovated with elevator. The entrance to the building secured with a code. A calm and pleasant neighborhood. APARTMENT: located on the 4th floor (with elevator). LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed, television and television console, table with 4 chairs and open kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, induction hob and microwave, as well as all the necessary crockery) BEDROOM: double bed, television on the wall, bedside tables and dressing room. BATHROOM: Italian shower, sink and WC A detailed plan is provided in the photos of the ad.
