The studio is a lovely peaceful tiny home with comfy double bed, lovely shower and well equipped kitchenette. There is a beautiful green garden with orange, lemon and pomegranate trees. We also have grapes on the terrace towards the end of the summer. You are welcome to use the garden, sit in the sun on the terrace and look over the beautiful hills. Easy parking nearby and great access to the mountains, Grasse, home of perfumery and the whole of the Cote d'azur

I am originally from the UK and have lived in France for 9 years. I first moved to Antibes, then renovated a house in the mountains and now live in Magagnosc with my dog Tao who is a medium size rescue who is very gentle and friendly. We love walking locally and up in the hills and mountains beyond. I have been hosting for over 10 years and enjoy helping people to discover my part of France. Magagnosc is a pretty little village which overlooks the sea in the distance. It has a pretty church and square but no shops. The nearest is Pre du lac where you will find all you need and there is an Italian market on a Monday. There is easy access to Grasse either by car or bus where the museum of perfumery is interesting and you can also make your own perfume. The nearest coast is about 30 minutes drive to Cagnes sur mer and from there you can take the train to Nice, Monaco and onto Italy in the east and then Antibes, Cannes and Marseille in the west (or drive of course) This part of the world is famous for impressionist painters and others who came for the stunning light. There are museums of Picasso in Antibes, Chigall and others to discover in the area There are 79 restaurants with one or more Michelin stars in the region and many more with Bib Gourmand so amazing food. There are also several vineyards including Bellet above Nice which does tours and has stunning views down to the see
