The sandy beaches of the Côte d'Azur are only 30 minutes away and Grasse, capital of the perfumery is less than 10 km from the villa. Nearby are some of the most beautiful villages of the French Riviera: Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, Biot, Tourette sur Loup, Chateauneuf de Grasse, Gourdon, Vence, Mougins, and many others. Monaco is reachable in 40 minutes and Saint Tropez in 1h20 by car. The high mountains are only a little more than an hour’s drive away and allow skiing in winter. Many top quality golf courses, are all located within 15-20 minutes drive. The surrounding area is ideal for backcountry hikes, bike rides, water walks, canoeing in the Gorges du Loup and caving in the Vallée du Loup, 25 minutes by car.
