The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 35 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, raclette machine... - Bedroom 1: double bed - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Second floor: - Bedroom 2: one double bed - Bedroom 3: two single beds - Bedroom 4: office area - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Exterior: - A 300 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception. - A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
