Beautiful 4* design holiday apartment with sea-view living room giving direct access onto a large sun terrace. Amazing 180° south facing panoramic views of the Bay of Bandol and the mediterranean from all windows of the apartment. Sea-view pool on the lowest level of the residence, open from mid-May to end September, with supervision July and August. All taxes, bed linen, bathroom towels, Satellite TV, Fibre Optic Internet/Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a 3h cleaning service on departure are included in the rental price. This is a 'No Smoking' rental which is not suitable for very young children. There is no disability access and the apartment is not equipped for vacationers with reduced mobility. Animals are not permitted. The apartment has upmarket fixtures and fittings, an alarm system, and is located at the highest level of a hill-side complex, within 2 hectares of landscaped grounds. Parking is available just behind the apartment which has it's own private ground-level entrance. The residence is equipped with video surveillance and is 10 minutes drive from the centre, the beaches and the many sea and land activities proposed by Bandol and this beautiful region.
I am very happy to be able to share with vacationers the superb view from my apartment of the blue mediterranean sea in this beautiful area of the south of France. My rental is rigorously maintained and cleaned according to recommended hygiene procedures. Apart from the cleanliness and the view, holiday-makers appreciate the sun terrace, which has no vis-à-vis, the comfort of the beds, the air-conditioning, free wi-fi and general functionality of the apartment. All windows are equipped with electric shutters and there is also an electric sun-blind that spans the entire width of the terrace. I have been renting the apartment since 2011, and I aim to provide for vacationers the kind of quality holiday accommodation that I would enjoy myself.
Bandol, characterized by its temperate climate, sand beaches and the authentic beauty of its rocky mediterranean coves, proposes a multitude of activities for an unforgettable holiday: thalassotherapy, water skiing, sea kayak, sailing, scuba and deep sea diving, spectacular boat excursions to Cassis and the Island of Porquerolles, children's theme parks Coudou Parc (9km), Aqualand (10km) et OK Corral (25km), climbing, paragliding, tennis, pétanque, bowling, AOC Bandol wine tasting, panoramic golf at the Dolce Frégate Club (18 holes + 9 holes), coastal hiking trails, the Grand Casino de Bandol with resident disco, the daily morning flower and fruit market 'Place de la Liberté' and the Tuesday morning market along the Port of Bandol ... Local sights: The Ricard-Bendor Island, Embiez Islands and the adjacent colorful seaside town of Sanary-sur-Mer. In the near vicinity: Cassis (15km), Hyères and Porquerolles Islands (35km), Marseille (51km), Aix en Provence (71km), St Tropez (87km), Cannes (137km), Nice (173km), Monaco (190km).
