The Cocoonr agency offers this 140 m² villa with swimming pool for rent, located near the sea and Porticcio, which can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The accommodation is composed as follows: - Living room with sofa (convertible into two beds), TV, dining area with dining table - Separate, fully equipped kitchen - Utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom - Bedrooms 2 and 3: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed - Bedroom 4: one double sofa bed and a desk area - Bathroom with corner bath, shower, two sinks, bidet and WC Outside - Private, secure swimming pool (unheated) measuring 10 metres by 5 metres. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September. A solar shower is available by the pool. - A large enclosed landscaped garden (1,220 m²) equipped with a gas barbecue, plancha grill and children's play area - Two terraces: one south-facing, covered and with a dining area, garden furniture and TV; the other north-facing - A summer kitchen Other comments - The Studio Di Felicita, located on the same grounds as the villa, is also available for short-term rental.
