Slip into the shoes of a Parisian from this very modern 70 square meter apartment (home automation) and fully equipped, on the outskirts of Paris. This family apartment includes a 7 square meter terrace. Just 5 minutes walk from the subway (Line 11 - Serge Gainsbourg station) and 30 minutes from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. ● The advantages of accommodation: - Free WIFI - Free coffee and tea ● Housing: - Living room with a large bay window opening onto a terrace with a view of the residence's garden. The garden is in a very quiet interior courtyard. - 2 private rooms for 2 people. The first bedroom has 1 King-Size bed and the second bedroom has 2 separate beds, ideal for children. This room includes a child's bed. - New fully equipped American kitchen (large fridge/freezer, dishwasher). - 1 separate bathroom with bathtub and shower, a washing machine is at your disposal. - Separate toilet - Fully home automated and secure accommodation. - 1 parking space (available at an additional cost and on request) - 1 secure bike room accessible free of charge
