Property information

Appartement en duplex moderne et spacieux avec cour extérieure ensoleillée. Situé à 2 pas des bords de Marne. Bus N°117 en bas de l'appartement pour vous conduire à la gare RER A Champigny-Saint Maur 15 minutes de trajet. Paris, Disney à 30 min. Des travaux de construction sont en cours actuellement en face de l'appartement il y a du bruit. Soirées, fêtes strictement interdites je me réserve le droit d'annuler votre séjour en cours si cette consigne n'est pas respectée. Une caution en espèces vous sera demandé à votre arrivée

Stationnement gratuit dans la rue. 3 gares RER A à proximités de l'appartement. Arrêt de Bus en bas de l'appartement pour vous ramener aux différentes gares temps de trajet 15 minutes en moyenne.
