The apartment is composed as follows: entrance hall with built-in cupboard, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, equipped open-plan kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), living area (television), dining area (table + 5 chairs), a terrace with table and armchairs, electric blinds, a bedroom (double bed 140x190) with built-in cupboard on the ground floor, a bedroom with two single beds 90x190 upstairs, a mezzanine with a 120x200 sofa bed. The Residence has a swimming pool (large pool 1.0m deep, small pool and showers). A private parking space is provided with the rental. Miscellaneous: Sheets and towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done before departure. Empty the vacuum cleaner and trash cans. Please respect the cleanliness of the accommodation. Remember to close the skylights when you leave!
