Please note: this accommodation is located in the historic center of Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The cobbled streets are picturesque but often steep, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes to fully enjoy your walks through the village. This apartment is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or disabilities, due to the layout of the historic building and the surrounding sloping streets. Ideally located on the main square of Saint-Émilion, in a beautiful character building, this bright and tastefully decorated apartment offers the perfect setting for your stay in the historic village and its renowned wine region. Situated on the first floor, the apartment remains pleasantly cool in summer and combines modern comfort with authentic charm. Layout & Features: Private entrance landing Fully equipped American kitchen with high-end appliances Dining area and cozy living room 2 bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine) Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail Separate toilet Whether you are visiting to explore the vineyards, enjoy local gastronomy, or simply soak up the atmosphere of this exceptional village, this apartment will make your stay unforgettable.
The village is entirely pedestrianized and very winding. Strongly not recommended for people with reduced mobility. To access the apartment, you have two options: - For free parking, park in the Parking de la Gendarmerie and take the small winding streets called mounds / 5 minutes on foot, along its ramparts and cobbled squares. Be careful in summer, the parking spaces are very busy and you may find it difficult to park. - For paid parking, I invite you to park around the Collegiate Church and the Town Hall. Average price: 30 euros per day.
