Emerald Stay Apartments offers luxury accommodation in Morzine, near the resort ski slopes, restaurants and bars. TC du Pléney Ski Lift is 1 km away. Free optic fibre WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. All units include a flat-screen TV with over 100 channels and Chromecast, modern designer furniture and wooden floor with underfloor heating. Some units feature a terrace and/or balcony. There is also a dining area and an open-plan kitchen complete with a dishwasher. An oven and microwave are also featured, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. Every unit features a private bathroom with a bath or shower and Damana toiletries. Towels and bed linen are offered. Other facilities include a private ski locker with boots heater. Emerald Stay Apartments also includes a 140 m² wellness area including a sauna, gym and Massage treatments are also available. The area is popular for skiing and golfing. A selection of activities are offered in the area, such as horse riding and hiking. TS de la Crusaz Ski Lift is 1 km from Emerald Stay Apartments, while Super Morzine Ski Lift is 600 metres from the property. The nearest airport is Geneva Airport. Free private parking is available on site.

Built in 2018, the modern complex this home belongs to comprise 12 apartments. Each apartment has its own private ski locker. There are plenty of free parking slots and a storage room. All of our beds can be set up either as a double (King size) or twin beds. The complex also offers a wellness area with a gym, a sauna and a hammam (at an extra cost). Finally, bikers will appreciate the fully-secured indoor bike storage space. The home truths: - End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided. - The wellness area is open daily from 10:00 am to 7:45 pm and is available for a supplement of 10 euros per day for the whole group. - Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property. - The dining table only sits 5 guests (Ipe). - The dining table only sits 4 guests (Karri). - Kauri offers less natural light than our other apartments on this site (Kauri). - Located just above our wellness area, the humidity level at Lovoa is a bit higher than at our other apartments on this site. The bathroom is fully equipped but not very spacious.(Lovoa) - During the summer, the apartment can experience high temperatures. Fans are available upon request, and opening the windows can help keep the space comfortable.(Takian)

As it is located on the South side of Morzine, this area enjoys sunlight all day long. Right between Morzine and Montriond, you may walk to the nearest grocery store within 5 minutes, or to the heart of Morzine in just 10 minutes. The ski lift Super Morzine from the Portes du Soleil is 0.5 miles and Geneva airport less than 45 miles away.
