Agence Cocoonr B&P offers you in the commune of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, this charming renovated house, in the heart of the massif of Alpilles in an old wine property, air-conditioned, of a surface of 250 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 65 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We are waiting for you! On the first floor: - Master bedroom: a king-size bed (180×200) opening onto a 13 m² terrace with a bathroom (shower and bathtub) and private toilet. - Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200) with a bathroom with shower and private toilet. - A small lounge where you can discuss your travel memories over coffee or tea. From this lounge, you have access to the upper terrace with a breathtaking view of the Alpilles. On the 2nd floor: - Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be pushed together. - Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be pushed together. - A bathroom with shower, shared between the two bedrooms. - Separate toilet. - A relaxation area with table and chairs. Outside : - A jaccuzi for 5 people usable from April to October (subject to favourable weather conditions). - A private heated swimming pool, available from 1 May to 31 October. - A beautiful enclosed garden of 320 m². - A 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days. - A pizza oven is available. All you need to light it is provided on site. Other remarks : - Free wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The owners live next door. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site) - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Multiple visits: Avignon, Arles, Nimes, Aix en Provence, Marseille, Les Baux-de-Provence, Glanum and Saint Remy... - Horse riding in the Alpilles. - Golf in Baux-de-Provence and Maussane-les-Alpilles. - Hiking in the Alpilles regional park, Romanin gliding club (glider plane) facing the Alpilles massif. - Aero club Avignon and Salon Eyguieres. - Fishing in the lake. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the covered garage (1 space) and private parking of the house.
