At the base of the building, you'll find a bus stop and several shops. The apartment offers spacious and bright rooms, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is functional, the living area is cozy, and the bedroom is relaxing. The apartment features a Queen-size bed and a sofa bed, each accommodating up to 2 people comfortably. It is equipped with a dedicated and comfortable workspace, a secure underground parking space, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

A Basic-Fit gym is open 7 days a week from 6:00 AM, along with numerous banks, a post office, a bakery, a pharmacy, grocery stores, a tobacco shop, a market three times a week, hair salons, several restaurants, and more, all close to the residence. This cosmopolitan neighborhood is characterized by its friendly and welcoming population. #TRANSPORTATION Downtown Argenteuil is less than a 15-minute walk away. A bus stop at the base of the residence offers services every 10 minutes from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
