The equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dryer, a traditional oven and microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob and all the needed crockery to invite guests inside and outside. The cottage has a private entrance, a terrace, a living room with fireplace, a large bedroom and a very nice bathroom. Close to the restaurants, the town hall, the post office and especially close to the nautical base located on the Charente and its small beach deliciously bucolic. A bath in the Charente is a must (of course it depends on the time of the year and how brave you are !) A supermarket, tobacco and newspaper shop, drugstore and other shops are available in Taillebourg, about 5 mn drive. Port d'Envaux is surrounded by remarkable sites, castles, Lapidialles (must see) and several hiking and cycling trails. Other things to note Parking in front of the gîte, in rue du Presbytère or at the church car park , 30 meters away. Minimum stay 3 nights, medium and long term are accepted.
