Property information

The small holiday home for 2-4 persons is located in a private domain with a large community pool. The holiday home is in a very quiet area, has 1 mezzanine with double bed and bathroom, 1 living room with a sofa bed, separate kitchen (currently under renovation) and shower room. There is only a small garden with sea view.

Neighbourhood information

Small shops and street cafés invite you to stroll and linger, if you are not on the beach enjoying the fine sand and the wonderfully clear azure blue sea. Agay is characterized by some very well maintained French restaurants. The palate is spoiled here with fine Mediterranean specialities, with an aroma that tastes of sun and holidays. Those who like to do sports will find various golf courses and many sports facilities in the immediate vicinity. From Agay you can make numerous excursions into the hinterland, such as the Gorge du Verdon or with a good train connection from the station in Agay to the cities to Cannes or Nice to stroll around. A few minutes from the house there is a bus stop with connection to Saint-Raphael or about 2,5 km from the house is the small train station of Agay. From here you can easily reach the cities Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco, especially in the high season.
