I moved from Australia to France in 2019 to follow my dream of renovating and living in a beautiful authentic French Manor. My journey has been documented on the UK TV show Chateau DIY as I slowly bought this sleeping beauty back to life and now Le Mas de Pradie is ready to share with you.

Property information

Le Mas de Pradie is a 1750s French manor house estate on the border of the Lot department and the Aveyron. The house is centered within a 5 hectare plot, the house has 4 double bedrooms so accommodated 8 guests. opposite the manor house is our event barn with our Artist studio accommodation for 4 guests, and then we also have the Guardian cottage with accommodation for 4 guests. This brings the total to 16 guests. Plus the use of our wonderful event barn, salt water swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The property is an idyllic environment for nature lovers and guests insearch of peace and tranquility. The shaded gardens offer a sanctuary in the summer months, with a walled garden full of fruit trees and hammocks. The saltwater swimming pool hidden away from view and very private. The constant sound of the fountain located at the front of the chateau soothes and calms the mind, as the property transports you to another place in time.

Le Mas de Pradie is situated in the Aveyron department and on the border of the Lot river and Lot department. Within an area of outstanding natural beauty and surrounded by medieval chateaux and towns, this region has a lot to offer.
