Ideally located in the Eure-et-Loir department, you will be 55 kilometers from Chartes and 140 kilometers from Paris, 15 minutes from Nogent le Retrou (a train station is located in this town). The Centre-Val-de-Loire region is a true paradise for nature lovers. Green hills, lush forests, and tranquil meadows provide ample opportunities for hiking, biking, and outdoor activities. At the gates of Perche, the peaceful atmosphere of the village will allow you to enjoy a moment of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities. Upon entering this pretty residence, you will find a warm room: the living room area, kitchen (SENSEO coffee maker), dining room, Wifi. To the right of the entrance is the first bedroom (on the ground floor), with a 140cm bed, with a baby bed.
