This cottage is located in a small medieval town in the Gâtinais region, crisscrossed by numerous small streams, making for pleasant, peaceful walks. You can stroll through the streets to enjoy the typical old architecture of the houses, where you might come across a church dating from the 10th and 12th centuries, or the Maison Jeanne d'Arc dating from the 15th century. Just 100 meters from shops and the Château de la Motte, which was rebuilt in 1609, it is also 20 minutes from Montargis, nicknamed "The Venice of the Gâtinais," with its 132 bridges and footbridges! An ideal place for stays with family, friends, or for business. The house has a private entrance, with a few steps leading to the first floor, a first terrace, and the entrance to the cottage. From this terrace, you can access the private garden by going down the spiral staircase.
