Domaine des Boutineries is a high-end gîte renovated from old cellars, with a year-round heated indoor pool (6.5 x 3.5m). Private terrace (north/east facing) overlooking a 620 m² enclosed and independent garden with countryside views. Swing set and table football are available. Ground floor: spacious and bright living room with open kitchen, open lounge, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) with PMR shower room, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 90x200 bed + 2 twin 80x200 beds), 1 bathroom (bath + shower) and 1 separate PMR toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with bathroom (bathtub + shower) and separate toilet. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, freezer, washer-dryer, barbecue/griddle, and baby equipment (crib and high chair).
