30 km from Nantes, St Jean de Mont, and La Roche-sur-Yon, this old farmhouse has been renovated into two adjoining gîtes located upstairs (wood storage on the ground floor). Shared, unfenced wooded grounds of 1,200 m² with a small pond (fishing possible). Living room with sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190 cm), shower room, and separate toilet. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi access, freezer compartment, baby equipment (bed, booster seat, bathtub, etc.). Not included: Electric heating, electricity, sheets, towels, and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is required for business guests (euros65). Grand Lieu Lake is 14 km away. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning: euros70.04 per stay - Towels: euros5.39 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
