Our apartments Petite Venise 1 (ground floor) and Petite Venise 3 (1st floor), with a surface area of ​​approximately 40m² each, are located in an old mansion dating from the beginning of the 20th century. They can each accommodate 2 persons. If you book both accommodations simultaneously, you can travel as two couples, while preserving each other's privacy. Completely renovated and newly equipped, they offer all the necessary comfort for your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided. The cleaning is done by us.
Natives of Colmar and lovers of our region, Alsatian gastronomy, museums, the wine route and mountain running trails hold no secrets for us! We will be happy to give you our best addresses, tips and all the advice you need for a superb stay in Alsace.
The Petite Venise 1 and 3 apartments are located in the historic center of Colmar, at the start of a wooden pedestrian promenade along the Lauch, from where you can admire the remains of the city rampart. A few steps away, the beginning of the famous "Quai de la Poissonnerie" which will lead you to the recently renovated Covered Market and the picturesque district of "Little Venice". From our apartments you will have the opportunity to discover Colmar, its many riches, and in winter its Christmas market, by strolling from street to street.
