This is a delightful old cottage with enclosed terrace situated in quiet surroundings close to a river, where fishing can be enjoyed.
The cottage is in a quiet lane within a short walk of the town centre where there are two bars, two restaurants, banks, post office and supermarket. Boat hire on the river and crazy golf are within walking distance. The area produces local wine, and visits to the local vineyards are possible. The sandy beaches and green oak and pine forests of the Vendee coast are twenty five minutes drive away
