Gîte located in Sologne, access A. 71 exit Olivet, close to the Loire Valley (classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the towns of Orléans (city of Art and History), Beaugency, Meung-sur -Loire, from the royal basilica of Notre Dame de Cléry... Many activities nearby, hiking, horse riding or cycling tours, golf, hot air balloon flight, Floral park... Departure for the royal castles of Chambord , Blois and other exceptional sites, Briare Canal, Beauval Zoo. Traditional house located in a large courtyard, near the owner's home. House located on the ground floor (2 steps to enter only). Large living room with lounge area (TV), dining area and open fitted kitchen, separate pantry (washing machine). On the night side, you will have 2 separate bedrooms (one bedroom with 2 90X190 beds, and a second with 2 90X200 beds), a bathroom (shower, sink, bidet), and separate toilet. Entrance into the property through a gate with courtyard shared with the owners at the front. Open carport to park a car. At the back, you have a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy beautiful days outside. [Heating included.
