The gite has a garden with driveway, a private swimming pool, terrace and BBQ. A wonderful place where you can enjoy the French sun with your family. The original house dates from 1700 and has been converted into a gite. The gite is equipped for the stay of four people; there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. If you wish, the sofa in the living room can function as a sofa bed for two additional people (note; not suitable for two adults). The kitchen is fully equipped for guests and includes a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee machine (DolceGusto) and all other necessities to enjoy a delicious home-prepared meal. Included in the gite : Bed linen, Towels, WiFi, TV with Android box for Netflix, There is central heating for the colder days, A camp bed, baby chair, buggy are available on request. Please note: There is no washing machine in the gite. A launderette is a 2-minute drive away at the Intermarché supermarket . A comfortable and quiet located two bedroom gite in the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park. As owners, we live in the house next to the gite and are present during your holiday to welcome you.

The gite is located in the small French village Pageas and is located in the Haute- Vienne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Also called the “Limousin region”, a region known as one of the greenest regions in France with hills, forests and lakes with beaches. And several beautiful historic towns and picturesque villages to visit. The charming village of Châlus is a 4-minute drive (3 km) away. In Châlus there is the ruin of the Châlus-Chabrol castle. This is the castle where the English king Richard I the Lionheart was killed by an arrow in the year 1199. In addition to this rich history, this town has even more to offer; bar, restaurant, supermarket, bakery, butcher, bank (ATM), weekly market and an outdoor swimming pool (open in high season). The climbing and adventure park is a 10-minute drive from the gite Espace Hermeline in Bussière -Galant. The Espace Hermeline offers numerous activities such as tree climbing, archery, kayaking, mini golf, train rides, tennis, fishing and much more. There is a small beach at the lake for a relaxing day at the water. Karting Circuit des Renardières is a 5-minute drive away. The largest circuit in the Limousin (1 200m x 8m) with 50 Karts to rent. The city of Limoges is a 30-minute drive from Pageas. Limoges is world famous thanks to its porcelain. There are numerous shops, restaurants and terraces in the city. The city also has a lot to offer for excursions and sightseeing, such as a visit to the Aquarium du Limousin and the Cathedral of Limoges. You can also take a trip to Park Zoo Reynou for a day at the zoo.
