In the heart of the Sologne Bourbonnaise region, come discover this farmhouse, adjoining the owner's farm. Ideally located, you'll have access to the richness of the surrounding countryside while being only 14 km from Le PAL. You'll live immersed in a farm where sheep, horses, a cat, and a dog coexist, not to mention two donkeys. Your pets are welcome on the enclosed grounds! The cottage is all on one level. The entrance hall is also the large and charming, fully equipped kitchen. It features a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), allowing you to enjoy the gentle warmth in season. These are trundle beds that can potentially provide two additional beds. The bedroom is closed with a curtain and opens onto the living room.
