Gîte adjoining the owners' house of 220m² on two levels with independent entrance and private exteriors. On the raised ground floor (5 steps), we find the spacious living room which has a kitchen open to the dining room with its pellet stove and a large relaxation lounge. Shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, the night rooms are arranged in 4 bedrooms including a mezzanine (bed 160 / bed 140 & 90 / bed 140 / 3 beds 90).
