The Ravoir Pond is a unique site, home to the Osprey Nature Reserve, with its nests and observatory. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers numerous hiking, horseback riding, and cycling trails, as well as a fitness trail. The cottage is just 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Cosson pond, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (castle), 7 km from a water park (with aqua-fun beach, Splash pad, and Pentaglis, etc.), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, and 15 km from Gien and its castle. The 116 m² house comprises, on the ground floor: a living room with a dining room with a pellet stove, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a separate toilet, a laundry room, and a closed garage. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with a 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom, and a shower room with a toilet. Pleasant 800 m² garden with a relaxation lounge.
