Located 20 minutes from Bourges and 25 minutes from Sancerre, on the edge of the GR31, "La Chevêche" is a comfortable and relaxing stopover to discover Bourges, the vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerrois, the pottery village of La Borne, and many other places… Housed in part of a renovated farmhouse, the gîte is adjoining the owner on beautiful wooded land. Single-storey house (one internal step) comprising a beautiful living room with lounge area/library/Bluetooth connected stereo system, dining area and open fitted kitchen, a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with its bathroom, a dressing room and a separate toilet - Low temperature underfloor heating and wood stove - All-inclusive price: sheets, towels, utilities, wood, cleaning - Gîte without television to respect the commitment to a different type of tourism. Completely non-smoking gîte. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. Coming from Bourges, take the D33 towards St Michel de Volangis, Soulangis, Parassy. At a place called "La Rongère", turn left at the stop sign towards Menetou-Salon (D25). 15 bis is the first house on the left.
