Semi-detached gîte on one side in a renovated farm in the heart of the village, located in the Verdurette valley, 8 km from Baccarat and 10 km from Badonviller. Damienne will make you discover her ponds at the exit of the village (fish farming with breeding of zander, roach, carp, tench) in a place conducive to rest and the discovery of nature. His son Fabien, beekeeper, will be able to offer you his honey produced in the village. Ground floor: entrance, kitchen, relaxation room, living room, shower room / WC. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2x2 adjoining bedrooms (3 140x190 beds and 1 90x190 bed). Sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Price all charges included (oil central heating). Small private and fenced terrace at the back, accessible from the kitchen. Detached terrace and garden to the front and side of the house. Garage. Public charging station equipped with 2 charging points and a car-sharing electric vehicle in front of the gîte next to the church. You will be welcomed on site by the owner.
