Experience the gentle pace of Angers in this charming Guimonière estate. This large family cottage is located in Rochefort-sur-Loire, 30 minutes from Angers and 5 km from the Loire River. You will be staying in an outbuilding of the château, a 15th-century family property, in the heart of the vineyards. Completely restored in the local style, this cottage combines comfort and charm with a cozy and refined interior. On the ground floor: a 35m² living room with a dining area, a lounge with a fireplace, television, and home theater system, a 16m² kitchen, a separate toilet with a washbasin, and a 20m² Orangery Lounge with its large windows overlooking the park. This living room can be converted into a bedroom for 2 people with a 140x190cm sofa bed for groups of 10. A bedroom with a private bathroom is also located on the ground floor (shower, toilet, and sink). Upstairs: a first bedroom with a 180x200cm bed (or two 90cm beds) and a 120x190cm bed. A second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (or two 80cm beds) and an alcove separated by a screen with a 140x190cm bed. The bathroom is located on the landing. There is a separate toilet. Outside, a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a private garden overlooking the woods are reserved for your use. You will find a relaxation area, deck chairs, a barbecue, and a swing.
