This cottage is well located near the Loire Valley and Sologne, on the Loire Valley Châteaux Route. UPPER FLOOR: Bedroom 1 with a 140x190cm bed, Bedroom 2 with two 90x190cm beds, bathroom (bathtub and sink) and separate toilet. OUTDOOR: At the rear, a small private and enclosed garden (accessible through the living room's bay window) with garden furniture (2 small tables and 4 chairs), 4 deckchairs, and a barbecue. At the front, parking for 2 cars is available in front of the cottage. Additional charge: Electric heating available up to 8 kW/day (supplement charged according to consumption). For rent: Sheets at euros10/bed, towels at euros6/person. End-of-stay cleaning at euros50/stay (mandatory for business trips). Pets allowed with a euros50 supplement.
