This former farmhouse located in the Allier Valley has been tastefully renovated with the aim of welcoming guests to a haven of peace. The location is ideal for nature lovers (500 m² of private land) seeking tranquility and relaxation. The unobstructed view allows you to enjoy the landscape in summer and winter and glimpse your close neighbors in the distance: deer, does, roe deer, and local wildlife. Just 3 km away, the village of Saint Prëjet d'Allier offers a restaurant/bar/snack bar, bread/pastries, a post office, and a library. You can enjoy the free communal swimming pool and canoe and paddleboard rentals for excursions on the lake. You can explore several hikes starting from the village (fitness trail, arboretum, etc.). Nearby: Saugues is 12 km away (shops and services, weekly market, biological lake with supervised swimming, the Beast of Gévaudan Museum, Tour des Anglais, Michelin-starred restaurant 5 km away), and whitewater sports on the Allier River are 10 minutes away.
