With a surface area of 69 m², adjoining our house, all on the ground floor, it includes a large living room with a fitted kitchen, 3 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, a dining room and lounge area with a sofa bed, curtains for privacy, a TV corner, a large bedroom opening onto a terrace with a 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. You will enjoy the gravelled terrace with garden furniture, patio furniture, and a barbecue. A little further on, a green space will be accessible. For moments of relaxation, a ping-pong table, darts, badminton, and pétanque balls are available. Parking is available in the courtyard or under a covered shelter, shared by the owners.
