Sabrina and Michel have converted a 15-hectare estate into a gîte (holiday cottage) on rolling hills with woods and a first-category river. Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen leading to the living room. Two bedrooms opening onto the garden (one double bed, one single bed), each with its own shower room (shower/WC). Heating is provided by a wood and oil boiler in the living room and kitchen, and electric heating in the bedrooms. Washing machine and dryer are shared with the other gîtes. A private wooden outdoor dining table is available for the gîte. Barbecue. Play area, two ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream (millrace) on the property. Heated indoor swimming pool (semi-inground) open year-round, shared with the other gîtes on the property (8m x 4m; 1.35m to 2m deep). The pool is protected by a locked glass enclosure with a key available for adults (including a changing room). Gym. Sauna. Disc golf course, pétanque court. Can accommodate 2 people at no extra charge in bunk beds. Upon request, an additional family room for 5 people can be rented for an extra charge. Two gîtes are located on the property: one for 12 people and one for 2 people. Bellenaves is 10 km away.
