🏡 Large, bright apartment of 115m² with a private garden - Ideal for families and professionals (up to 6 people, max. 8 for short stays) - 📍 Exceptional location: Opposite the TGV station (25 min from Geneva, 2h30 from Paris), quick access to the A40, quiet street near the city center and amenities - 🛋️ Spacious living area with double lounge/dining room, terrace, balcony, and the possibility to convert into a 4th bedroom (Rapido sofa bed). - 🛏️ 3 bedrooms: - Master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and en-suite bathroom. - Bedroom with bunk bed (2x90x200). - Bedroom with office area, trundle bed (80x200 or 160x200). - 🍳 Equipped kitchen: Induction hob, pyrolytic oven, dishwasher, Magimix appliances, raclette, fondue, etc. - 🚿 2 bathrooms: One with bathtub + one in the master suite with shower. - 🌳 Outdoor spaces: Enclosed garden, terrace, furniture for 8, barbecue, playground, vegetable garden. - 🚗 Free private parking: For 2 cars, plus (paid) parking at the station opposite. - 📶 Other amenities: WIFI / Fiber optic, heating included, washing machine, dryer, games, and baby/child equipment. 🚭 Non-smoking apartment (outdoor spaces available).
